How it Works
Four Steps to Bring Your Yorkie Home
Step. 1 | Secure Your Spot on the Waiting List
Don’t miss out on our next litter! Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first ones notified when our parents are expecting and when our puppies arrive.
Step 2 | Choose Your Puppy and Put Down a Deposit
Once the puppies arrive, we’ll post pictures on our website and you’ll be able to choose a puppy that’s right for you. From there, you’ll submit a request for the puppy, sign a contract, and put down a non-refundable deposit.
Step 3 | Receive Updates While We Care for Your Puppy!
We’ll care for your puppy for the first 10-12 weeks. Check the website every two weeks to check the progress of your growing puppy.
Step 4 | Take Your Yorkie Home
The time has come for you to take your puppy to their forever home. Final payment is due at pickup.
Health Guarantee
All puppies come with a 1-year health warranty, are vet checked, receive appropriate puppy vaccines and are de-wormed. All puppies are pre-spoiled and are given the best of veterinary care from the time they are born to the time that they leave our care. We offer life-long support for each puppy we place and there is no question or concern not important enough for us to answer. Quality and health are our top priority.

Like mom and dad, your puppies come with papers. They will not be AKC/CKC registered, you will have to register them on your own.
Are Heart and Home Yorkies registered?
Do I get my puppy’s medical records upon pickup?
You will be provided with your puppy’s medical records: vet visit, vaccine, and deworming.
Can I breed my puppy?
No, you cannot breed your puppy without Breeding Rights, which are given to approved breeders. There is an additional charge for Breeding Rights if approved.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, when you submit a deposit, it is non-refundable.
Will my puppy's tail be docked?
When your puppy is born, you have the option within the first three days to decide whether or not you want your puppy’s tail to be docked. As per AKC standards, the tails and dewclaws will be docked.
The only condition otherwise is whether the puppy is large enough to handle the stress that comes with docking and dewclaw removal.
